All our contracted partners are provided with their own account for the use of our website, where, after registration, they receive access, among others, to the EDI connection, CRM, ESD, the provisioning platform, e-licences, our licence library, as well to our B2B webshop and current promotions.
Marketing services for resellers:
As a value-added distribution activity, HRP provides a range of marketing services to enhance an excellent partner experience.
HRP facilitates communication with its partners with both online and offline marketing materials. Together with its reselling partners, HRP occasionally runs EDM campaigns and webinars for end-users. In the field of offline marketing, HRP regularly organises events and training courses and issues informative publications and production brochures jointly with its partners.
Several times a week, HRP informs its reselling partners about its training courses and events, as well as current promotions, incentives, sweepstakes and important news via newsletters.
HRP PORTAL
The ever-expanding HRP portal is a pool of dedicated websites for products, solutions and services. More than 20 microsites now offer the presentation of manufacturers or product families in an easy-to-understand manner, provide financing solutions, or make custom calculators available to both partners and end-users.
IT development On our website, we provide detailed guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises in connection with various IT solutions.
HRP TRAINING ROOM
OFF-LINE: The company has a fully equipped, state-of-the-art training room, which is available to our partners as a venue for in-person training courses, events, competitions, incentives and exhibitions. If requested, the room can be hired together with a specialist or an engineer. Catering services are also available.
ON-LINE: Our online training courses are available to our resellers and (sometimes also to end-users) mainly in the form of product introduction lectures, workshops and technical and engineering training courses for exam preparation. Detailed information can be found under the menu item 'Events', where webinars can be searched thematically, filtered by manufacturer and date.
DEMO ROOM
HRP can provide its partners with the possibility to rent its demo room, potentially together with a demo kit together with a technical expert or instructor.
HRP Pearson VUE Exam Centre
Since May 2021, the well-known Pearson VUE International Computer Examination System has been available in the HRP Training Room. In our examination centre, we look forward to the application of the candidates wishing to take the exam using the professional tests of the world's leading IT (and other) companies.
Pearson provides examinations of different manufacturers and organisations in a certain system and according to the specifications of the respective manufacturers. Successful examinations serve as an internationally accepted certificate for a guaranteed standard of knowledge.
HRP Services
As a new business unit, since June 2021, HRP Europe Ltd. has complemented its traditional trading portfolio with the sale of products requiring high expertise within the framework of HRP Services. As such, HRP provides demand-oriented professional competencies to its partners for a reasonable price, helping their businesses grow and become more efficient. Its services offer professional solutions for the management of complex projects and the introduction of new products and services.
PROCUREMENT/LOGISTICS/TRANSPORT
HRP Services offers advanced and up-to-date logistics services to its partners, including delivery by an exact date and time or time window, direct delivery to the end-user, special packaging, preparation of bundle products, promotional stickers, export customs clearance, or, in special cases, even storage in rent.
