HRP Europe Ltd, true to its mission, is constantly looking for innovative solutions to keep up with the IT industry's changes and support its partners with added value beyond traditional distribution models. Education is one of the essential tools for achieving this goal, as it leads to sure progress, be it internal or external knowledge sharing aimed at partners or end users. Following the circumstances and necessities, HRP organises and conducts offline or online training courses, workshops and seminars, if necessary, outside their own training room, at outside locations. A test and demo environment and a lab are available to illustrate the practical elements of specific training courses, regardless of the type of course (offline or online).

The main goal is to support and keep the skills of the reselling partners up-to-date by passing on the knowledge necessary for the sale and technical support of the most modern technologies. The targeted audience of the courses mainly includes experts in the business sector who are active in financial management, sales, purchasing, marketing and engineering roles. Sometimes HRP also organises training courses and courses for reselling partners.

The company's manufacturers' training courses are held by managers, product managers and highly qualified engineers (more than ten engineers with manufacturer exams and extensive hands-on skills). HRP's most popular training courses are seminars describing the products and solutions of Microsoft, Fortinet, Fujitsu and DJI.

The organisation of technical and engineering training courses is becoming an increasingly important part of the HRP portfolio. Often, in cooperation with manufacturing and reselling partners, HRP develops training courses to fill knowledge gaps, thus ensuring the conveyance of the most up-to-date and accurate source material. During such collaborations, the partner guest speakers and the specialists of the given area provide relevant information.

Since March 2018, the company has disposed of an elegant and professionally equipped classroom with a capacity of 50 people. The room can also be rented, and catering service is provided on demand.
