E-licence
Since 4 July 2016, HRP Europe Ltd. has sent the data of the registered licences purchased from them to their customers electronically. This way, our customers no longer need to make their licence purchase in person or arrange delivery just to receive a purchased licence.
Electronic transfer of licences:
When the licence is billed, an email will be automatically sent to the buyer with the following details of the purchased licences:
- Product identifier,
- Product name,
- Licence key (if available),
- Licence download link,
- Data of the end user.
At the same time (after logging in), the same licence data is immediately made available under the menu item Order Management/Licence Library on our website, www.hrp.hu. Under this menu item, you can always retrieve your previously purchased electronic licences. An electronic copy of the proof of purchase will also be sent a few minutes after the purchase by email and also by post, as a paper copy of the original.

- Fast, as it is available immediately after invoicing
- Convenient, as you don't have to pick up the licence in person
- Safe, as your licence is available in the Licence Library anytime, you cannot lose your way
- Simple, as important licence data can be easily found in the email inbox and in the Licence Library.
Additional services of convenience:
Under the menu item Order Management/Invoices on our website, www.hrp.hu, each account with data in the Licence Library is marked separately, and the licence data of the account can be accessed from there with just one click. For easy search in the Licence Library, you can even pursue your search activity for your licence based on end-user information. The electronic transfer of registered licence-type products is made possible by the GTC of the reseller and e-commerce contract.
